Building and Renovations

Building and Renovations involves learning the skills that keep buildings and facilities operational. Students train in the skilled areas of electrical maintenance and repair, plumbing maintenance and repair and then get their hands-on experience by training in drywall, basic carpentry, basic masonry, painting, and maintenance. This two-year program then prepares students for careers in the building industry where they can practice as a plumber’s assistant, electrical assistant, carpenter’s assistant and more.
