The Maintenance Technician should understand, repair and maintain a wide variety of complex electrical and mechanical equipment. The essential duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician at Advanced Composites include, but are not limited to:
-Basic repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
-Basic repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and equipment.
-Basic understanding of industrial controls.
-Ability to identify problem symptoms, analyze, and propose and execute a repair solution.

-Respond to plant emergencies as requested during unscheduled work hours.

While performing the Maintenance Technician position, the potential candidate will be regularly required to stand; walk; stoop; kneel, crouch , or crawl; and talk or hear. They are frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally they are required to sit and climb or balance. They must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and lift and/or move up to 60 pounds frequently.
